Choose Academy* Unlimited means no fixed cap in your plan. Fair use applies. With exceptionally large numbers, technical limits of the platform may apply, so actual numbers can differ. If your school gets close, we agree on it with you in advance.
An active student has at least one lesson or booking that month, so quiet months cost less.
Prices exclude VAT. Start and Pro charge €10 per 50 extra active students. If that takes you past the next plan’s price, you move up to that plan for the same price.

Someone with at least one lesson or booking in that calendar month. A family with three children in lessons counts as three students; parents without lessons don’t count.
No, all prices exclude VAT.
No. Your customers pay into your own payment account; Plixra charges no commission. Only the payment provider’s normal transaction fees apply.
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period.

Hosting, security, app updates and support cost money every month. Instead of a one-off price we reward loyal schools with discounts, and promise a full export and long notice if Plixra ever stops.
